1.Go to the web www.instagram.com and login your account .
2. After login click on your profile.
3. After that go to edit profile,here you can see a option of temporary disable my account.
4.Select any reason of disabling your account or you can ignore it.
5. Now re enter your password and proceed.Now your account is temporary disable.Remember if you want login again then its take minimum 7 to 8 hours .After 7 to 8 hours you can login again.
If you want permanently delete your account from Instagram then follow the instructions below:
1.Login your account form any browser.
2. After login go to edit profile, there you see temporary disable or permanently delete.
3. if you want temporary disable then follow the instructions above if you want permanently delete you account , then choose permanently delete.
Re enter your password you account is scheduled for deletion.It can take 15 days to 1 month for permanently deletion.Do not log in again.
